If you are not happy for some reason with one of our laptop bags you are free to return it. To receive a refund, store credit or exchange the laptop bags have to be returned in perfect condition.
What Perfect Condition Means
- The laptop bags are returned within 15 days of ordering.
- The laptop bags are unused.
- The laptop bags are returned with the original packing.
- The laptop bags are returned with the original manufacturer’s warranty – not filled out.
Please inform us by email that the laptop bags are being returned and we will send you our printable return label.
Cost Of Returns & Exchanges
The cost of a return by Courier Post is payable by the customers unless the laptop bags are damaged. In those circumstances, we will refund the cost of returning the laptop bags with the refund.
Refund Or Store Credit
- You will need to let us know of your choice of a refund or store credit. For a refund, we will process via your payment method.
- If you purchase by Afterpay, the initial payment will be returned to your credit card, and the remaining payments cancelled.
We do not offer a direct exchange for our laptop bags. If you require an exchange, we will issue a refund for the returning laptop bags as a store credit.
Important: we do not refund shipping costs for exchanges on laptop bags.
